Browsing data. The systems running the site acquire, in normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, outcome, browser type). It is processed to ensure the correct operation and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data provided voluntarily. Name, surname, company or organisation, e-mail, telephone (optional), area of interest and content of the message sent through the contact form or by e-mail are processed to answer the request and for any subsequent pre-contractual activity. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Providing the data is necessary to receive a reply.

Processing is carried out with IT tools and with technical and organisational measures suited to ensuring data confidentiality and integrity. Data sent through the contact form is kept for the time needed to handle the request and for any further periods required by applicable legal obligations. Browsing data is kept for the strictly necessary technical time.

Data may be processed by authorised staff of the controller and by the providers of the technical services needed to run the site and e-mail, acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data subjects may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to iat@iatroma.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
